How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel your subscription in My CANAL+ account in the Subscription section by clicking on the "Cancel" button.

The right to erasure of personal data
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data if there is no sufficient legal reason for us to continue processing your personal data. You also have the right to ask us to delete your personal data if you have successfully exercised your right to object to the processing. However, please note that it is not always possible to fulfill your request for erasure, for specific legal reasons, which will be notified to you in accordance with applicable legislation, if such reasons apply.
